Mugging Bot Explained

Before we start, a disclaimer:

Whether you are buy mugging, mugging abroad, mugging poker or using this bot, no mug is guaranteed. If you can't afford to waste 25E, don't mug.

Reseting your API key will make the bot act funny at the moment. If you want to reset your API key you are more than welcome, but a heads up would be appreciated.
You DO NOT need to refresh the page. It will refresh the data automagically. At the moment it is resetting every 5 seconds.
It goes without saying, the more money someone has, the more unlikely they have it. Equally, the more money someone has, the more the energy is worth the gamble.
For better accuracy make sure your targets are Offline and their Bazaars are OPEN.
Regardless of what this page says - Idle or Online is risky! Longer offline = more chance of money.

The page will be buggy at times, people may not be removed, status' might be wrong. At this point its your job to use your common sense and attack on whether you think its worth it, refering back to the initial point, NOTHING IS GUARANTEED.

Getting Setup

If I have not added your API key to the database then you won't have access. This is to stop random people using the bot who are not part of IBB. Furthermore, if you want to be added but your API key is in use by someone else (like Mafia), I can add your API key but not use it.

Enter your API Key

Once you have given me your API Key, you will need to enter it into the site. Think of it as a login. Entering your API Key checks against the database, and when it sees I have added you, it'll give you access to everything. This process doesn't use additional API calls nor is it any form of security risk to your account.

In the future I plan to make the onboarding automatic so that if you change your API Key or you are new, you will be able to register yourself. Furthermore, if anyone else who isn't in IBB tries with their key, we will use their key to our advantage until they reset this. All will be explained in the Terms and Conditions of course. ;)

Enter your targets 'Minimum Money on Hand'

After you've entered your API correctly, you should start seeing a flood of attack targets. The next thing you need to do is add your 'Minimum Money on Hand' - basically, how much money the target should have on hand before you mug them. Setting this to 0 will show you EVERY target we have. Setting this to 25,000,000 will show only targets with 25 million or more on hand.

When doing this you should consider that your minimum mug will be 5% and with merits you should get around 10%. If you want a 2 million mug EVERYTIME you should do the math in order to be sure that is what you'll get. Calculator for this will arrive soon.

Once you have done these two steps, you're ready to start mugging and hopefully making a sh*t load of money. Good luck!

Table Explained

This may become outdated at times but I will do my best to keep it updated.

If a row is pink they are in a clothing store.

Name - The players name. Clicking this will take you to their profile.
Money On Hand - How much money it's estimated they have on hand.
Status - What they are doing in Torn.
Risk - Uses my very own algorithm to determine the risk of mug to your Energy.
- Very Low - High chance (not guaranteed!) that they will have the money it says.
- Low - A decent chance that they will have the money it says.
- Moderate - It's not amazingly likely, but its more likely than not.
- High - I would argue this is somewhere around the 50/50 mark.
Last Activity - Another custom algorithm. This determines the last opportunity they had to hide their money, not necessarily when they were online.
First Checked - The first time money was added to their 'account'. If this is far later than their last activity, assume more more chance of money.
Last Update - The last time the page got data from the server.
Profile - This link will take you to the targets profile.
Attack - This link will take you directly to their attack page.

Again, all data here is predicted and not guaranteed. It is far better to have these predictions than attacking randomly around Torn.

What is in it for me?

If you are deciding to use the bot, then I would appreciate a small cut of any of your bigger mugs. Obviously 10% of nothing is nothing, but if you get a few million then throw me a xanax or two. The magic number thats been discussed seems to be 10%.

This won't be monitored nor is it enforced, but its definitely appreciated. It takes time and effort to keep the bot alive and add new features. 10% of whatever you make isn't that much compared to the standard 50% split of mugging in torn.
